This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information located on the domain name hintegrity.io, which can be obtained about the User during the use of the site.

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration" - authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of Kochergin Maxim Vladimirovich, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purpose of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - mandatory for observance by the Operator or other person having access to personal data, the requirement not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.

1.1.5. «User" of www.hintegrity.io (hereinafter "User") - A person who accesses the Site through the Internet and uses the Site.

1.1.6. "Cookies" - is a small fragment of data, sent by a web-server and stored on a user's computer, which a web-client or a web-browser sends to a web-server each time it tries to open a page of a corresponding site.

1.1.7. "IP address" - the unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.

General provisions

2.1 The use of the Site by the User means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy the User must stop using the site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the www.hintegrity.io website. The Site has no control over and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the User can go via the links available on the Site.

2.4 The Administration of the site does not check the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User of the site.

Subject of Privacy Policy

3.1 This Privacy Policy states the obligations of the Administration of the Website for nondisclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the Website.

3.2 The personal data allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling out the form on the Site www.hintegrity.io in the Contact Us section and includes the following information:

3.2.1. User's name;

3.2.2. the e-mail address (e-mail);

3.2.3. message of the User.

The Website protects the Data, which is automatically transmitted in the course of browsing when visiting pages on which the system's statistical script ("Google Analytics") is installed: - IP address; - information from cookies; - information about the browser (or other program that accesses the site); - access time; - Referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in inability to access parts of the site.

3.3.2 The site collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.

3.4 Any other personal information not stipulated above (used browsers and operating systems, etc.) shall be stored securely and not disclosed, except as specified in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

Purposes of collection of personal information of the User

4.1 The Administration may use the User's personal information for the purposes of:

4.1.1 Establishment of feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Site, the provision of services by the User.

4.1.2 Determining the location of the User for security purposes, fraud prevention.

4.1.3 Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.4 Providing effective customer and technical support to User when there are problems associated with the use of the Site.

4.1.5 Providing to the User with the consent of the User updates of services, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site or on behalf of partners.

4.1.6. Performing advertising activities with the User's consent.

Methods and terms of processing of personal information

5.1 Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of time, by any legal means, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.

5.2 The User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular the project manager, solely for the purposes of communication and notification of the User.

5.3 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.4 The Website Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.5 The Site Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.

Obligations of the parties

6.1 The User shall:

6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for feedback from the Site.

6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.

66.2 Website Administration shall:

6.2.1 Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data of User, except for items 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4 To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative, or authorized body for protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

Responsibility of the Parties

7.1 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.1.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.1.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.

7.1.3. has been disclosed with the consent of the User.

Settlement of Disputes

8.1 Before going to court to settle disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Administration, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of the claim in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

Additional Terms

9.1 The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force upon its posting on the Website, unless otherwise stipulated by the new Privacy Policy version.
